This 3-star hotel was entirely renovated in 2007, and it welcomes you in a warm and friendly atmosphere. It boasts a privileged location in the heart of the city, near the pedestrianised and shopping area, and bars and restaurants.

The brand new tram line stops at the end of the hotel street and it offers easy and quick access to the Acropolis congress centre.

The Hotel Boréal is a charming establishment of 66 rooms.
You will be ravished to arrive in the warmed and spacious lobby of this hotel. There is also two atmosphere lounges where you can relax.
You can get a delicious and plentiful buffet breakfast served in our restaurant room, entirely decorated with "provencal" colours, or have a good time on the terrace.

Room information

All the rooms and bathrooms have been renovated in 2007 and they provide highly comfortable and stylishly decorated accommodation. They are all soundproofed and air-conditioned. Some have a view of the street, others of the inside courtyard. There are both smoking and non-smoking rooms available.

Very close to Nice city center. The staff was very friendly. This hotel is good for a very short stay if you are in transfer, but not really recommended for a vacation stay.

There was some minor noise from other rooms, but it was not that bad. The price for a room is a bit to high compared with other hotels in the area the Mercure, where you get better value for money.

Location was good.

Would have liked hot drink in the room and a hairdryer which was not in a state of disrepair. Would have liked a bar in the hotel also.

Price.Noise from adjacent rooms.Loose floorboards in rooms which was very noisy.Rooms are really one or two star.

there was a room to stay in. It is close to the shopping area.

yes, for 1200 euros, we should have clean sheets, not the same one everyday, clean carpet. we had spiders and WEBs in our room. it is not a very clean hotel. no iron.

I did not see an elevator - had to carry luggage several flights of stairs.

Breakfast was very expensive for what was on offer. We ended up going to the local boulangerie every morning for a better deal. Watch out for the mosquitos, take plenty of repellant.

closeness to all facilities, i.e old town shops and railway station

Convenient for local shops and seafront. The front desk staff were friendly and spoke English.
